Malton Library is located inside Malton Community Centre, close to the corner of Morninsgstar Drive and Darcel Avenue. Upon entering the building from any of the three community centre entrances, go straight ahead to the information desk. You’ll find the library entrance directly opposite of the information desk.

After quickly outgrowing its original building that opened in 1967, Malton Library became part of the new Malton Community Centre and Library in 1977. Since then, Malton Library continues to serve the diverse and vibrant nearby communities. In 2022, it underwent renovations to create a makerspace, where various creative tools and technology are available for the community to use.
